About Our Company
The Arrival Co was cofounded by Josiah Pisel and Stephanie Randall with the goal of bringing better vacation rental support to homeowners and guests. With offices in Homer, Alaska, and Bozeman, Montana, we bring local insight and industry expertise to folks looking to add value to their lifestyles, while creating connections with incredible communities and beautiful landscapes.
Meet Our Team
Josiah Pisel, The Arrival Co Founder & Co-Owner, Realtor, Vacation Manager
Josiah Pisel began his real estate career in earnest over twenty years ago, leading the largest property management company in Homer, Alaska. But his roots are even deeper — his journey began in his youth, helping his family manage multiple B&Bs in the Homer area before buying a vacation property of his own and getting into real estate.

“As a 12-year-old, I used to love combing through the newspaper, looking at all the houses and real estate for sale — this place has an elevator, and this one has a pool!” That passion for the real estate industry has been a constant in his life and career. With the goal of helping more folks benefit from real estate opportunities, Josiah expanded his work from rental management to investor consultations and home buyer representation in Alaska and Montana. He takes pride in providing thoughtfully-curated experiences for guests, and seamless transactions for real estate buyers and sellers that support a path to financial freedom. Hardworking and humble, Josiah naturally instills confidence through his subject matter expertise and clear, honest communication. He offers clients unique insights that allow them to make informed decisions. A data enthusiast, he loves pouring over spreadsheets and putting the numbers to work for his clients’ best interests.
When not giving property tours or analyzing data, Josiah is usually found out in the mountains, on the water, or on a trail.
Stephanie Randall, The Arrival Co Co-Owner, Realtor
Stephanie Randall brings a refreshing, sophisticated approach to helping her clients find meaningful, lasting success. She focuses on earning trust through exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and innate understanding of what matters most.

Stephanie loves the uniqueness of each new project, client, and property — she enthusiastically builds relationships that begin with asking questions about what people love, and matching their passions to the natural surroundings. Stephanie is as driven by people’s “why” as the tangible aspects of her work. Her diligent professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude create exceptional experiences for The Arrival Co’s clients as well as property guests.
Originally hailing from the Great Lakes state of Michigan, Stephanie knows the importance of personal connection with her clients. Her mid-western background also instilled in her an exceptional work ethic. Formerly a longtime resident of Leadville, Colorado, in the heart of the Rockies, Stephanie thrives on building community around her. As the former business manager at the Tennessee Pass Nordic Center and Cookhouse, she's known for her generous applications of elbow grease and ability to manage a multitude of projects efficiently. Having grown up in a tradesman environment and helped remodel her family home, she's familiar with construction trades, project management, and craftsmanship.
When Stephanie’s not helping clients find their legacy property, she’s out exploring the majestic rivers and rugged mountains with her partner and their enthused pups. She’s no stranger to majestic waters, muddy boots, powder filled slopes or long days in the field hunting (or chasing) game — there is never a bad day for Stephanie when it's spent outside.
Kristine McMahon, Guest Concierge Specialist
Kristine has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. From a young age she developed a passion for the industry. She started in the food and beverage space and progressed through various sales roles within hotels, ultimately achieving the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at several Marriott properties. Beyond her professional life, she is a devoted mother of two, finds joy in snowboarding, spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with her family and friends.
Crissie Montes, Guest Communications & Operations Specialist
Crissie has always had passion for exploring new places, as it enables her to create cherished memories with her family and friends. As a property manager, this passion drives her excitement for discovering and visiting new locations. By combining her work with her enthusiasm for travel, she’s committed to ensuring properties she manages offer guests an exceptional experience, akin to the memorable stays she’s created during her travels.
Zel Ranga, Guest Communications & Operations Specialist
Zel has been in the hospitality industry for nearly 5 years. Her experience in property management has allowed her to blend her professional expertise with her love for travel. She enjoys exploring new destinations with her family and finding joy in staycations that offer a refreshing change of scenery. She puts great effort in to ensure each property she manages has the same uniqueness and warmth that she seeks while traveling.
